Clean Needles for Junkies Means Less HIV, lower taxes

This is such an persuasive and interesting point of view on providing clean needles for injectors. At first I think people are like, HELL NO, give needles to junkies?!?! But then when I hear how drastically it cuts down on the spread of HIV and other diseases, disease our tax dollars will have to pay for later and that put us in jeapordy, I'm like PLEASE, hook the junkies up!
