Word on new hotel Se San Diego (1047 Fifth Ave., Downtown) is that it's a swanky place probably too much so for most of us. But the hotel's restaurant and bar, Suite & Tender, just launched a happy hour that us mere mortals can afford when we want to chill high-class style. Mondays through Fridays from 5 to 8 p.m. specialty cocktails, normally $11, are half price (the "Painkiller" looks mighty tasty" and "bottomless" glasses of select wines are only $20. We encourage you to save the latter for Friday evenings so you can take full advantage of the deal and then sleep of the vino hangover on Saturday.
