San Diego County Celebrates June Adopt A Cat Month
Due to a seasonal influx of animals, the County's three animal shelters will be waiving all adoption fees for cats 1 year and older throughout the month of June. In addition, during June for cats and kittens under 1 year, the Department has a “Better with a Buddy” program where a person can adopt one cat or kitten at the full price of $58 and adopt a second cat or kitten at half price.
In addition, each person adopting a cat or kitten during June will be given a special gift package (while supplies last). All animals will be neutered or spayed, microchipped and vaccinated prior to going home with their new family.
Notes:
Men: Having a cat is sort of cute, shows your sensitive, or at least shows your confident enough to be a guy that doesnt mind owning a cat... don't you dare own more than one!
Women: Having one, no problem. Having two, don't treat or refer to them as kids or name them human names and you should be fine. Owning more than two cats: Freaky. Nothing says "Beware of this Ho" like a bitch on the fast track to becoming Crazy Neighborhood Cat Lady.
