Super Bowl Health Tips

Fatty foods are a fact at Super Bowl parties but with Americas expanding waist line and deteriorating health we need to be conscious of the crap that you fill your bodies with. The CNN report below has some helpful tips. Fruits and veggies shouldn't been seen as lame food. Foods filled with chemicals and trans fats are the lame foods, don't confuse healthy with being uptight!!!
