Lee "Scratch" Perry Live at The Belly Up 9.2.2008

I've been super excited about this one for a long time. I love reggae, dub is my FAVORITE, and Scratch Perry happens to be one of the most legendary reggae artists of all time both in performing and producing. Influencing the music of Jamaican greats such as The Maytals and The Wailers, he also produced ground breaking work for biggies like The Clash and Linda McCartney. Far from being retired, Lee "Scratch" Perry is currently working on a new album, due out in 2009, and produced by "the king of party music" and television personality Andrew W.K. Read more about the man they call The Upsetter and impress the crowd at your next smoke session.
