Super Funny Movie To Watch from the 90's

It's basically a hilarious, over the top satire on the more serious movie Danergous Minds and the bad inner city conditions of the 90's. It's not too slapstick (little or no fart/poop/ball injury jokes), great 90's references and fashion, that gooey redeeming message in the end and LOTS of laughs. Never hurts to smoke a bowl with your friends before:)

NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH:

(this movie may or may not be funny after smoking a bowl too, remains to be proven...)
