Cottonelle held a nationwide poll on whether people think you should put the toilet paper roll on rolling over or under. Hotels roll it over so I supposed that was the proper way to do it but I like mine rolling under and no debate is gonna change the way I hang my hiney wipes! Over won by a landslide, 72% to 28%.

I guess I'm a fence sitter because I just put new rolls on top of the toilet. I buy the jumbo rolls that never seem to fit. Don't remember how I did it back in the day.
